Hague court will not split Yukos appeal

The Hague Court of Appeal has issued a ruling in the appeal against the set-aside of the US$50 billion Yukos awards – holding that the proceedings will not be split so that grounds under Article 45 of the Energy Charter Treaty are considered before all others, but allowing extra filings by the former majority shareholders in the oil giant.
