Guatemala risks ICSID claim over port terminal

An affiliate of Denmark’s Maersk Group has threatened to bring an ICSID claim against Guatemala after a local court stripped it of its right to operate a major port terminal in the wake of a scandal over bribes allegedly paid by the concession’s previous owner.
