Greek sovereign debt award survives annulment bid

A Slovakian bank has failed to annul an ICSID award arising from Greece’s 2012 sovereign debt restructuring, after an ad hoc committee found that the tribunal had provided adequate reasons for dismissing the claim at the jurisdictional stage.
