Greece fails to sink shipyard award
Greece has lost a challenge to an ICC award in favour of the Middle Eastern-owned operator of one of the country’s largest commercial shipyards – and has disputed a recent statement by the investor that the award has a total commercial value of more than €1.2 billion.
