Glaxo seeks to block suit by jailed investigators

UK-based GlaxoSmithKline has asked a US court to compel arbitration of damages claims by the owners of a corporate intelligence firm who were convicted by Chinese authorities as part of the fallout from a corruption scandal that engulfed the pharmaceuticals group nearly five years ago.
