Ghanaian court’s refusal of LCIA arbitration goes to appeal

UPDATED. The World Bank Group's private lending arm and a fund set up by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries are appealing a Ghanaian court’s refusal to stay their litigation with a local oil company on the basis of an LCIA arbitration clause.
