Georgia energy tariff award lands in US court

Subsidiaries of a Russian state-owned energy company have applied to a US court to enforce a US$76 million ICSID award against Georgia in a dispute over electricity tariffs – as an SCC award issued by the same arbitrators is challenged in Stockholm.
