Gazprom pipeline operator challenges EU gas measures

A Gazprom subsidiary that runs a controversial gas pipeline project has applied to an EU court to annul recent “discriminatory” changes to EU gas regulations, also warning that it reserves the right to proceed with an Energy Charter Treaty arbitration against the EU over the same measures.
