Funder celebrates as Argentina fails to annul airlines award
An ICSID annulment committee has upheld an award that requires Argentina to pay US$320 million for nationalising two airlines – rejecting arguments that the claim was abusive because of the claimant’s third-party funding agreement with Burford Capital.
