French groups ordered to pay Taiwan in fighter jet dispute

UPDATED. An ICC tribunal has ordered French aerospace companies and defence contractors Dassault, Thales and Safran to pay Taiwan €227 million including interest in a dispute over alleged improper commissions paid on the sale of Mirage fighter jets 25 years ago.
