French defence company seeks to stay and compel cases
Will the dispute be resolved in Paris or New York?
UPDATED. French defence company Safran and its German unit have asked a New York court to stay an ICC arbitration filed against them in the city, while compelling an ad hoc arbitration that began in Paris weeks before – both concerning a dispute under a 25 year-old technology licence.
