Frankfurt tribunal rules in solar wafer dispute

A tribunal in a Frankfurt-seated ICC arbitration has ordered a Taiwanese photovoltaic company to pay for the supply of silicon wafers under a longterm agreement but significantly reduced the price in light of a plunge in the cost of silicon.
