Fortier's co-arbitrators reject Venezuela challenge with costs order

Arbitrators hearing the Favianca claim against Venezuela with Yves Fortier QC found the state’s second attempt to disqualify him from the tribunal so “wholly without merit” that they ordered the state should pay the costs associated with the proposal, the newly-published decision reveals.
