Former UK Supreme Court judges and Debevoise partner take leave from Lords
Three former UK Supreme Court judges-turned-arbitrators and a partner at Debevoise & Plimpton have taken leave of absence from the country's upper house of parliament, the House of Lords, because of a "problematic" new requirement that members declare work and earnings from foreign states.
