Florida investor to ask Australia to arbitrate

A Florida power company supported by former US presidential candidate Marco Rubio is to ask Australia to arbitrate a dispute over the seizure of gas turbines, even though the applicable free trade agreement makes no allowance for investor-state dispute settlement.
