Florida court won't squash pineapple award

A Costa Rican producer of pineapple has failed to set aside a US$32 million ICC award issued in favour of the US's Fresh Del Monte Produce after a Miami court dismissed allegations that a sales agreement between the parties had been procured through fraud.
