“Floating armoury” award in favour of Sri Lankan piracy security business upheld
Singapore’s High Court has explained its decision not to set aside a SIAC award in favour of a piracy security business which had been accused of bribing a Sri Lankan state entity to allow “a floating armoury” off the coast of the port city of Galle.
