Finnish nuclear dispute not finished
A Stockholm-seated ICC tribunal has issued a partial award in an eight-year-long case brought by France’s Areva and Germany’s Siemens over the construction of a nuclear power plant in Finland – but more awards are expected before the end of the €5.8 billion dispute.
