Eni fails to win price cut from GasTerra
A Hague-seated tribunal has refused to grant Italian energy group Eni a downward price revision to a long-term gas contract with GasTerra, prompting the Dutch trader to start a fresh arbitration and seize €1 billion assets owned by Eni’s Amsterdam operation.
