Eni agrees to suspend ICSID claim against Nigeria

Eni says it has agreed to suspend an ICSID claim against Nigeria after the state announced it would withdraw civil claims worth US$1.1 billion in which it accused the Italian energy company of corruptly acquiring an oilfield licence.
