English court won’t halt US discovery in fertiliser 'bribe' dispute

The English Commercial Court has refused to enjoin one of the world’s largest fertiliser groups from pursuing discovery in the US in support of claims that hundreds of its contracts were tainted by bribery – rejecting arguments that it would amount to “unconscionable interference” with two London-seated arbitrations.
