English court rules in fight over Kazakh assets

Following the first trial in its history to be broadcast on YouTube, the High Court in London has granted declaratory relief in favour of Kazakhstan in a dispute over US$530 million in cash frozen at the request of Moldovan investors seeking to enforce an Energy Charter Treaty award.
