Enforcement action under way in Afghanistan supply chain dispute

Proceedings are under way in the US to enforce a DIAC award upholding a US$31.2 million counterclaim in a dispute over unpaid invoices for security services provided to a supplier of food, water and fuel to US, UK and NATO troops in Afghanistan.
