Electric car start-up brings case in Hong Kong

US-based start-up Faraday Future – which was founded by a tech entrepreneur described as “China’s Steve Jobs” and aims to take on Tesla in the market for intelligent electric cars – has initiated a case against its largest shareholder at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
