Egyptian state entities on hook for US$2 billion

A Swiss court has upheld an ICC award requiring two Egyptian state-owned entities to pay more than US$2 billion for terminating a deal to supply gas to Israel, two weeks after a tribunal in Cairo held the same entities liable in a related case.
