ECJ declines to hear Slovenia-Croatia border dispute

The European Court of Justice has ruled it has no jurisdiction to hear a complaint by Slovenia over Croatia’s refusal to implement an arbitration award in a long-running border dispute that was rocked by allegations of ex parte contact between an arbitrator and government official.
