Dutch multinational brings claim over Spanish salt venture

A Dutch multinational specialising in paint and chemicals production has launched an ICC claim against a subsidiary of Israel Chemicals following the termination of a contract to use waste produced at a potash mine near Barcelona to make high quality salt.
