This year’s Dutch Arbitration Day – which marked the event’s fifth year – included speeches by Hilary Heilbron QC of Brick Court Chambers in London sharing the six “Ps” of successful arbitration advocacy and by Peter van Koppen of Amsterdam University on the unreliability of witnesses.
