Dubai's top court sets high threshold for civil liability of arbitrators
While arbitrators are still potentially subject to criminal liability in the United Arab Emirates – pending the repeal of the much criticised Article 257 of the Penal Code – a recent decision of Dubai's top court creates a high threshold for establishing civil liability, GAR has learned.
