Douglas resigns after challenge over MFN
Australian arbitrator Zachary Douglas QC has resigned from an UNCITRAL tribunal hearing a treaty claim filed by a family of banking investors against Colombia, before a challenge over his views on most-favoured nation clauses could be decided.
