Don’t mind the gap: London court refuses emergency relief
LINK ADDED. After the LCIA refused a Swiss metal trader's request for an emergency arbitrator, the English Commercial Court has held that the institutions’s 2014 rules do not create a “gap” that could only be filled by a worldwide freezing order in its favour.
