Deloitte trumps ICC in GE-Alstom rail dispute

A New York court has ruled that a dispute between French transport group Alstom and General Electric over the US$800 million purchase of a rail signalling business should first be determined by accountancy firm Deloitte rather than through ICC arbitration.
