Daly leaves PCA after 20 years

Brooks Daly has stepped down as deputy secretary-general and principal legal counsel of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague to pursue a career as an independent arbitrator, as two of the institution’s longest-serving lawyers take over his duties.
