Czech Republic faces treaty claim over seized Boeing airplanes

A German aircraft leasing company owned by travel industry tycoon Vaclav Fischer has filed a US$125.2 million treaty claim against the Czech Republic over two Boeing 737 planes that were seized and sold following Fischer’s bankruptcy in 2005.
