CPR Institute adopts young lawyer rule

The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution has said that its revised arbitration rules, which come into effect next month, will include a “young lawyer rule" giving tribunals discretion to permit junior lawyers to examine witnesses and present arguments if lead counsel and the client agree.
