Court endorses LCIA decision on improper delegation of duties

The English Commercial Court has endorsed a decision of the LCIA rejecting challenges to a tribunal on the basis that the chair improperly delegated duties to a tribunal secretary and the co-arbitrators to the chair – and revealed that the chair was removed on different grounds.
