Costa Rica narrows claim over turtle sanctuary

An UNCITRAL tribunal has declined to hear 15 out of 26 claims brought against Costa Rica over land seized to expand a leatherback turtle sanctuary, after the state argued they were either out of time or pre-dated the Central America Free Trade Agreement.
