COP23 delegates hear about a "rising tide" of environmental cases

Leading arbitral organisations and institutions held a panel discussion on the side of the COP23 UN Framework Convention on Climate Change summit in Bonn, with a highlight being a description of the “rising tide” of cases with an environmental aspect that are being handled by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
