ConocoPhillips seeks to enforce US$2 billion award

US oil company ConocoPhillips has asked a New York court to enforce a US$2 billion ICC award issued last week against Venezuela’s national oil and gas company PDVSA, which has now been published as an exhibit to the proceedings.
