Colombia gets paid but telecoms fight continues

Telecoms giants América Móvil and Telefónica have satisfied a Bogotá Chamber of Commerce award worth US$1.6 billion in favour of the Colombian government, while reserving their rights to challenge the outcome through investment treaty arbitration.
