Colombia faces treaty claims over bank measures

UPDATED: A family of investors in a bank that was nationalised during Colombia's financial crisis in the 1990s have filed two investment treaty claims against the state – while also challenging its appointment of Zachary Douglas QC as arbitrator based on his previously expressed views on most-favoured nation clauses.
