Collapse of agribusiness group triggers claims against Croatia

The former owners of a major Croatian agribusiness conglomerate have launched an ICSID claim alleging the state-managed administration of the group caused them multibillion-euro losses, while an Austrian bank has brought a treaty claim concerning the same measures.
