Chinese paper producer hit with anti-suit injunction in Hong Kong

A Hong Kong court has restrained the largest paper producer in China from pursuing litigation in mainland China after it refused to pay a US$24 million HKIAC award in a dispute with its former partner in a joint venture to make decorative paper.
