Chinese company enforces award in Delhi despite arguments based on CIETAC split

A US$16 million award won by a Chinese solar power company against an Indian counterpart has been enforced in Delhi, after a court rejected suggestions that the case had been incorrectly administered by China’s leading arbitration provider, CIETAC, following its 2012 split with its Shanghai branch.
