Chevron wins denial of justice claim against Ecuador

UPDATED: An UNCITRAL tribunal has ruled that a US$9.5 billion Ecuadorean court judgment that held Chevron liable for environmental contamination in the Amazon was procured through fraud and violated Ecuador’s obligations under international law.
