Chevron foe guilty of contempt in Ecuador dispute
US lawyer Steven Donziger has been found guilty of criminal contempt for refusing to hand over evidence in a long-running dispute with Chevron over pollution in the Amazon rainforest, which led to a landmark treaty claim against Ecuador.
