Chadbourne successful in leaving Congo enforcement case

A US court has allowed Chadbourne & Parke to withdraw as counsel for the Republic of the Congo in a long-running battle for enforcement of an ICC award, while also finding the state in contempt for failing to respond to requests for further information.
