Canada ratifies Mauritius Convention – US to follow?

UPDATED. Canada has become the second country to ratify the United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty-Based Investor-State Arbitration – known as the Mauritius Convention – while Barack Obama has recommended the US Senate ratify it as one of the final acts of his presidency.
