Cairo panel rules in Egypt-Israel pipeline dispute

A tribunal seated in Cairo has found two Egyptian state entities liable for terminating a deal to supply gas to Israel but has still to rule on damages – part of a multibillion-dollar dispute triggered by the Arab Spring that has given rise to three other arbitrations.
