Brexit – CIArb’s “Plan for Britain”

Following UK prime minister Teresa May’s "Plan for Britain" speech and as the UK Supreme Court rules that the government needs a parliamentary vote to leave the European Union, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has highlighted “areas of concern” arising from the Brexit negotiations.
